Jill is the core foundation of Shine Med Spa. She spent 8 years as a RNFA where she specialized in plastic/reconstructive and oral/maxillofacial surgery, then became a nurse practitioner in 2017, specializing in procedural and surgical pain management. Jill has seen it all, and has an impeccable track record from her patients to prove that she can be trusted to deliver exquisite aesthetic results.
Meet Missy, a seasoned aesthetician and certified laser technician with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. With a fervent passion for customizing treatments to meet each client’s unique needs, Missy believes in the power of education and continuous learning to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving field of skincare.

Lakaecia's passion for aesthetics was ignited when she worked for a health and wellness store. There she discovered the intricate connection between the skin and one's general well-being. Motivated by this she pursued a career in aesthetics. Her specialties include customizing and paring facials to each individual client. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in pairing Shine's medical grade skincare products with her clients skin care needs. Lakaecia is dedicated to continuously expanding her aesthetic expertise and her clients rave about her facial techniques.
When not rejuvenating her clients, Lakaecia cherished moments with her husband and son. Having grown up surrounded by animals, she finds joy in the company of her cats, dog, and horse.
